WaterAgent
Groundwater evidence reports for locations in Morocco
WaterAgent
Overview
WaterAgent is a decision-support web app for groundwater questions in Morocco. You pick a location, and it reports which evidence is available for that spot: terrain (elevation and slope), climate and rainfall, and regional geology and aquifer context.
It is just as clear about what is missing, such as records of nearby wells, and it lists what to investigate next, such as consulting a qualified local hydrogeologist or asking the Hydraulic Basin Agency (ABH) for existing records. The result is a printable preliminary report.
WaterAgent is at pilot stage. It currently covers one test area, Oulad Teima in Morocco, and its data layers have not yet been reviewed by a hydrogeologist.
How it works
- 01Pick a location in the pilot area
- 02See which evidence exists and what is missing
- 03Review the recommended next steps
- 04Print the preliminary report
